You must be at least 18 years old to create a TalkHood account.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. TalkHood shows other users only your anonymous username — never your real name, email, phone, or address.
When posting or commenting, you agree not to share content that is:
Posts and comments are automatically screened, and may also be reported by other users. Content that violates these guidelines may be removed, and accounts that repeatedly violate them may be suspended or banned.
You retain ownership of everything you post. By posting on TalkHood, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute that content within the app so other users in your communities can see it.
Communities on TalkHood are created and curated by TalkHood administrators to keep them meaningful and location-accurate. You may join up to 5 communities near you.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose a security risk. You may delete your own account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how account deletion works.
TalkHood is provided "as is." Content posted by users reflects their own views, not TalkHood's. We do our best to moderate content but cannot guarantee every post is accurate, appropriate, or safe — use your own judgment when interacting with local information shared by others.
We may update these terms as TalkHood evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
